TBC Games cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx. It is the customer's responsibility for the safety & security of the package once the package has been delivered.

If you believe theft may be likely, it is recommended that you purchase the $4 shipping upgrade for the shipping courier to obtain a signature upon delivery.

If a package is damaged upon delivery or lost during shipment, TBC Games will provide a full refund or replacement according to our refund policy.
