Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This policy lays out information about pre-orders and how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon to be available product that is not yet in inventory. All pre-orders require full payment at the time the pre-order is placed.
If the customer wishes to change or cancel their pre-order before shipment, we will refund the full amount.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders, or change our prices for any reason at any time.
tbcgames.com uses several Pokemon card distributors to get products on time. We always strive to fill every pre-order. However, for reasons beyond our control such as delays, changes, or cancellations from our distributors may result in the cancellation of pre-orders.
In situations where manufacturers release product in waves or partial quantities we start our shipping process at the oldest pre-orders first.
